Joining a Zoom meeting by phone
You can attend the virtual meeting by dialing in by phone. If you plan to attend the virtual meeting via telephone, you do not need to register in advance.
If you would like to have your attendance count towards quorum, please submit your electronic vote through the CondoVoter voting link sent via email before the meeting.
Follow the instructions for dialing in:
1. Dial one of the numbers provided.

2. Enter your meeting ID, followed by #
Following the prompt, enter the 11-digit meeting Webinar ID, followed by #. Please obtain your webinar ID from management. The webinar ID is unique for each meeting.
3. Skip the step "Enter your participant ID".
You may also be prompted to enter a unique participant ID. Attendees can press # to skip this step as well.
4. Wait for the meeting to start.
If the meeting has not started yet and “join before host” is not enabled, ignore the prompt to enter the host key and just press # to wait for the meeting to start.
